Late Nights

I should be at work, but got the night off. GREAT! Except that I am now awake while everyone else sleeps. I have to be quiet, so I thought I would write a post. No idea about what though. Randomness I guess.

On monday I started a Deal of the Day in my etsy shop, and have been trying to make sure that I update the blog with the new one each day.

I also think that I want to start making my own glass beads. I have been thinking and wanting to do it for a long time, but now I think I will. It will take a while. I need to get all of the equipment, but, yep, I think I am going to stop thinking and start doing.

Starting tonight, every evening between 4:00 & 8:00pm EST I will pick an item as my Deal of the DAY (DD). I will post it at a price, and that will be the LOWEST it will EVER be, and in some cases the DD price will be below my costs. The price will be good until the next evening, when I chage the DD item. If the DD sells before it is time for the new DD, I will pick a new item, if time allows. If I DO NOT have a DD posted I will give you a 10% discount on your entire order. The DD item will be posted in my shops Featured section at the top of page 1.

Decisions, decisions

So, I've been trying to figure out what I want this blog to be, other than a place to promote my jewelry and other shops on etsy.com. Since I tend to be pretty private, you probably won't hear much about my personal life. But what about my thoughts of life and the world in general? Okay. Sounds good.

So here we go. My thoughts for the day.

Tom and Katie; at first I felt bad for her and felt like she was naive. However, looking at pictures of them posted around the web today, she looks just as smug as him. Like she is better than everyone. Kinda like how our president impersonator, that lives in the White House looks. I can't STAND the egos. So now, I no longer have any sympathy for Katie at all. Let them live in their own little heads.

On to better thoughts now. I am a Labor & Delivery nurse. I had a WONDERFUL night at work! The family that I had the privledge to work with was amazing, sweet, kind, thoughtful, and all around the "perfect" patients. Beautiful birth, and BEAUTIFUl baby.

So this is my first time blogging, and I don't really know what to say. My main goal is to promote my jewelry, but I also plan on promoting other etsy sellers that I enjoy.

I love the animals that I share my life with (both the furry four footed ones and the unfurry two-legged ones). I am normally a very private person, so this is a huge undertaking for me, and I can't promise or predict how it will go.
